Spring Annual Member’s Meeting: The Spring Annual Members Meeting will be Sunday, May 18, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. @ the Clubhouse. There will be one Bylaw change request to vote on. In Sec.14.01 the last sentence in the first paragraph is being deleted. The Bylaw Committee feels it is too long of a period, and we need to make change to the Bylaws if and when necessary.   14.01 These By-Laws of the Lake Como Beach Property Owners Association, Incorporated may be altered, amended, or repealed and new By-Laws may be adopted by the membership of the Association by affirmative majority of the members present or represented at any Bi-Annual or Special Membership meetings after the mandatory review process of the By-Law Committee.  These By-Laws once voted on by the membership and amended will remain in effect for five (5) years.

2025 Election

The following positions are up for election on May 4, 2025:

President

Treasurer

Two (2) District 3 Directors (West side of Hickory Rd. to Mistle Rd.)

Two (2) District 4 Directors (Mistle Rd. to East side of Tamarack Rd.)

Two (2) District 5 Directors (West side of Tamarack to Dandelion Rd.) and

Three (3) Finance Committee members.

*These are 4 year terms. You must be a Member in Good Standing.
10.04   CANDIDATE, INTENT TO SEEK OFFICE.  Any member seeking an elected position in the Association shall provide a Letter of Intent, including a statement of qualifications to the Secretary of the Association, immediately following nomination and in any event no later than ten (10) business days prior to voting for the position being sought.  Every nominee for elected office within the Association shall be eligible to cast his/her vote but shall not be allowed to be present at the election site prior to or following casting his/her vote.  Each candidate shall be allowed to return to the polling place upon the conclusion of the election.
