Association Dues Increase: At the October 2025 Fall Member's meeting, it was voted to increase the annual Association Dues from $75.00 to $85.00. The statements will be mailed on or about April 1, 2026, due May 31, 2026.

100th Anniversary Meeting

A meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. @ the Clubhouse. All LCBPOA Members in good standing are invited to attend this very important meeting. We look forward to your input in helping putting this milestone event together.
