Bids for Cleaning Services: The Association is seeking bids for cleaning services for the Clubhouse. Bid should include general cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing, sanitizing, etc. including the kitchen, restrooms (x2) and bar area. In addition, bi-annual tasks such as cleaning windows should also be itemized in your bid proposal. Submit proposals to [email protected].
A meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. @ the Clubhouse. All LCBPOA Members in good standing are invited to attend this very important meeting. We look forward to your input in helping putting this milestone event together.
