LCBPOA is a Property Owner's Association founded in 1926 

 

The LCBPOA is overseen by the Executive Board & it's Board of Directors which consists of it's President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and two Directors from each of its 5 Districts (See District Map). Purchasing property within the Association makes you a member. Paying all dues on time makes you a Member In Good Standing & allows you to use all Association Amenities.

 

To help you get in touch with the correct person here are their duties:

Clerk: Assessments, parking passes, membership info, lien letters, past due notices.

Clubhouse Manager: Renting the clubhouse

Secretary: Prepares meeting agendas; records meeting minutes; receives/distributes the mail.

Treasurer: Pays the bills & makes deposits.

Pier Committee: Piers & Buoys

Bylaw Committee: Presents any proposed bylaw changes to the Membership.

Meeting Information

The Clubhouse is currently open for business.

Association meetings are held in-person @ the Clubhouse.

Association Meetings are the 3rd Wednesday of each month @ 7:00 pm at the Clubhouse except November & December.

​Elections are the first Sunday in May (1:00 pm-5:00 pm) every other year (2023).

The Spring Membership Meeting is the third Sunday in May at 1:00 pm - Budget approval & By-law changes. (Must have a quorum of 25 Members)

The Fall Membership Meeting is the third Sunday in October at 1:00 p.m. (Must have a quorum of 25 Members).

​We encourage all Members in good standing to attend.

  • All Association business takes place at the Clubhouse (W3730 Club House Dr.)
  • All Association meetings takes place at the Clubhouse.
  • Most activities takes place at the Clubhouse.
  • Women's Club meetings & activities takes place at the Clubhouse
  • Clerk hours: Wednesdays 4:00 pm-6:00 pm,  Saturdays 10:00 am-Noon & only in April & May Mondays 4:00 pm-6:00 pm ​
  • CLOSED ON HOLIDAYS
  • Clubhouse Manager hours: By appointment only (262-325-8163)

General Information

*Annual Assessments are due by May 31st of each year

Annual beach/parking passes are valid from June 1st through May 31st of each year.​

Parking stalls at 3rd beach (boat launch) are "Permit Parking" ONLY.  If you do not have a parking pass, you can park along the side the road on Lake Shore Dr. Keep two wheels in the gravel, that is Town property.
