Past Due 2024 Association Dues: This is a reminder that your Associaton Dues were due on May 31, 2024. If you haven’t paid yet please do so ASAP before your incur the $20.00 Late Fee. You may also purchase Beach/Parking passes at the same time. Office hours are: Wednesday 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m.-Noon. You may also pay online at www.lakecomobeachpoa.com, or use the dropbox located at the front door of the Clubhouse. Please make checks payable to LCBPOA and include your Parcel No. If you have not received your Invoice, please contact the Clerk at 262-249-1200.
