Clubhouse Manager Job Opening: Como Beach Property Owners Assoc Clubhouse Manager – Lake Como Clubhouse Job Overview: Clubhouse Manager – This is a part-time position. Must maintain a Bartender operator’s license with the Town of Geneva. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics: A High School Diploma and/or relevant experience in a similar field or direct experience as a Clubhouse Manager / Event Planner Strong communications, interpersonal, leadership and team management skills. This position requires a degree of financial skills (money handling from renters and bar sales), ability to create accurate clubhouse event contracts, vendor contracts, clubhouse calendar of events and reports. Responsibilities for Clubhouse Manager: Responding to e-mails. Answering phone/responding to voice messages. In person meetings with clients. Respond to guest requests. Booking/ordering/purchasing needs for the guest parties. Coordinate with clubhouse maintenance for event setup. Coordinate with clubhouse cleaning services to maintain the clubhouse cleanliness. Perform light cleaning duties between events if cleaning service is unavailable (separate compensation for this activity). Make sure bar is stocked / clean prior to all events. Maintain liquor inventory, order and receive in-deliveries of liquor and supplies. Attend board meetings; workshop and general meeting. Provide clubhouse booking outlook reports. Help Wanted Beach Attendants

We are looking for beach attendants for our 2026 season (Memorial Day-Labor Day / weekends & holidays 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. subject to change). Responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Checking beach passes (only members in good standing with beach passes may use the beach area)
* Checking parking lot to make sure cars have current beach/parking passes
* Keeping dogs out of the water and off of the sand areas
* Making sure people are responsible & respectful of using the beach area, (no glass bottles, no loud offensive music, etc.)
* Possible light concession sales
* Golf cart parking at designated parking spots
* And more
