At the October 2025 Fall Member’s meeting, it was voted to increase the annual Association Dues from $75.00 to $85.00. The statements will be mailed on or about April 1, 2026, due May 31, 2026.
Bids for Cleaning Services: The Association is seeking bids for cleaning services for the Clubhouse. Bid should include general cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing, sanitizing, etc. including the kitchen, restrooms (x2) and bar area. In addition, bi-annual tasks such as cleaning windows should also be itemized in your bid proposal. Submit proposals to [email protected].
