Cleaning Service Bids: Lake Como Beach Property Owners Association Bid Notice – Cleaning Services   The Lake Como Beach Property Owners is seeking bids on cleaning services for the LCBPOA Clubhouse, W3730 Club House Dr. Bid should include general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing, sanitizing, etc. for the Main room, including the Kitchen, Hallways, Restrooms (2) and the Bar area once a week and sometimes on weekends before or after a scheduled party. Submit a bid itemizing what tasks will be included in your proposal and if cleaning supplies are provided. Bids will be accepted until August 1, 2025. The LCBPOA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the LCBPOA.
