Past Due 2024 Association Dues: This is a reminder that your Associaton Dues were due on May 31, 2024. If you haven’t paid yet please do so ASAP before your incur the $20.00 Late Fee. You may also purchase Beach/Parking passes at the same time. Office hours are:  Wednesday 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m.-Noon. You may also pay online at www.lakecomobeachpoa.com, or use the dropbox located at the front door of the Clubhouse. 2024 Parking/Beach Passes

The Association will be using the same Parking/Beach Hang Tags that were issued to you for 2023 – 2024 year so please DO NOT throw them out. Parking/Beach passes will remain at $2.00 each, 5 maximum. Once you pay, we will issue you a 2024-2025 sticker to apply to your existing hanger. Stickers ordered online are $3.00 each. If there is not a self addressed/stamped envelope included with your check, we will hold the stickers for pickup.

Due to the size and weight of the existing hang tags, should you need a new hanger, the Association will NOT be mailing them. You will need to pick them up at the Clerk’s office during the regular Clerk’s business hours.
